Remember that if you have something to contribute, which you do, then open yourself up to learning.  Just be and do it, and let the editor do her job and of course the critics theirs.

No point in being critical unless of course you'd rather be a critic.

I think you'll find creating is much more fun. Strive to be better and different and from that springs your uniqueness. Underneath all the "stuff" on acting, remains one thing, we're artists that want to express. In order to get a job, an actor has to audition. Auditioning is a big part of our job so we should try to learn from these opportunities.
