The fact that you're creating, collaborating with a group of other people is even more exciting because they get to bring something to the canvas of creation. Actors should try to do what they can. 

Sgt. Fields (played by Anthony Auriemma) of the U.S. Marines struggles with the impact war has on families and loved ones. Major Coldwell (played by Ray Cardi ) peppers Sgt. Field with the crass old-school marine, providing conflict and contrast.

In Casualty Call I had the opportunity to work with some very fine people that wanted to create a film that had meaning. I remember after the premiere, a gentleman who happened to serve in Vietnam was so moved by my take on the performance that he came up to me after the screening with tears in his eyes and said that he knew how I felt and that it touched him deeply. You see that’s all one can hope for is that somewhere somehow our work touches people. A lot of people want the “big” prize whatever that means to them, and they of course want to get paid for acting.
